So today was the first day i got some exercise since i got to the USofA, unless you count running to classes and a 1 hour session of my favourite sport (note the sarcasm) basketball as exercise...

Hit the gym with david pam & shuzhen. Actually, i didn't really do much..just did minimal work on arms and legs and chest and stomach while the girls did the treadmills+stomach and david did the easy stuff...by easy i meant doing 240kg leg presses 60 times. F*KING CRAZY S.O.B $^!&^#(#% if i did that my ankles would probably smash through my shins, knees, thighs, hips, ribs and i'll end up having my ankles crush it's way to my chin. That sorta reminded me i'm just a small guy who can be brushed aside prettyyy easily. But i got a killer right arm!! Left arm's pretty much non existent....BUT THERE'S STILL A RIGHT ARM!!!

So proceeded to have lunch at Quiznos after 'working out'. Quiznos' somethin like subway except that it'll probably kick subway's ass all the way to our motherland (china) and back. Good stuff! Was pretty hungry by then so i kinda ate alot...defeated the purpose of going to the gym. Just piled on the carbs that i lost. Owell. Good lunchh, bloated the crap outta me..literally. David dropped me off at psychology building for my experiment (yeah...was a lab rat again) and i rushed to the nearest bathroom to release the excrement from my rectum throught my anus (otherwise known as the asshole) into the toilet bowl.

So after my experiment, went back to the dorm, took a nap and headed out for telecomm (yeah i went for telecomm). Kinda interesting lecture today..watched a video on the electronic voting system in America and how it screwed up during the latest presidential elections. Seems like there are a million and one conspiracy theories in America but the CIA/FBI/Secret Service people cover them up pretty well (like in the movies!!!). Oh well! Guess those groups are really there and they're covering their asses pretty well.

Kinda funny how these secret service people are portrayed in the movies. They're always in suits walking around with shadesss, like they're all cool and stuff. And they're either darn good looking or are cursed with receding hairlines...but that's not the point. THE SHADES is the point!! Wouldn't people kinda know that they're secret agents? It's not like everyone walks around with suits and shades. Prrrfft. stupid. Be more like James Bond laaa, only wear suits to cocktail parties, berms on the beach and wear nothing when he beds the leading actress (though i don't believe the new James Bond is capable of getting a babe...he's how ugly la?).

Police in america also tend to wear shades. But i think that's just to UP the cool image because let's face it...being a police is a pretty shitty job. You run the risk of getting shot/abused/frustrated/killedinanaccident everyday! So...dunno what's the honour of Dying In The Line of Duty. BULLCRAP!!

Woooo tomorrow's the weekend! Kinda..it's a friday. Classes on friday are blow off classes, though i still have to go for them tomorrow, cos got some stuff due. And it looks like next semester's gonna be realll good timing-wise :) ooh and looks like i'm gonna make a post with pictures soon! I'm gonna get pictures coming to me quite soon i hope..but i gotta trade smallville episodes for them GRR.
