20070403 - rain & john mayer

okay...humble salutations again fellow internet users.

been a really cold, dark, gloomy, dim, dull, overcast, tenebrous, aphotic, atramentous, crepuscular day. if you wanna know, i ripped the last few words off thesaurus.com. but yes, it's been drizzling since 4pm and it's 11pm now. hmmm, there was a tornado warning a few days back. but i don't think there was one today. owell. oh and i must mention that john mayer is a good rainy day artist.

but the fact that i've had 2 dreams about tornadoes and that is quiteee discomforting.

apparently dresses are the 'in' thing in singapore right now. yannoe? those lil polka dotted dresses with the hugo-mongo belts. i mean, okay...they were cute and all when it first popped on the scene..but it's just gettin ridiculous now! everyone from hot babes to ahlians are wearing them. and apparently, there are people wearin dresses over t-shirts. maybe i'm a guy and i'm fashion-dumb...but i think dresses over t shirts are just WRONG.

but then again, that's just my opinion. if you don't like it...you can go fart on yourself. prrft. or rather, pooot.

oh yeah something interesting bout greek class. this is the interpretation of love by some greeks;

they say that the first humans were made of 2 bodies and 4 limbs. the 2 bodies could be of any pairing between the sexes (eg: female-male, male-male, female-female). but apparently somethin bad happened (i can't remember what exactly, must have spaced out at that point) and the greek gods separated these 2 bodies.

so what do you get now? you get 2 separate bodies. and these separate bodies wanna get back together as one. that's where you get the saying 'i wanna find my other half '. cool? and that's where you get heterosexuals and homosexuals as well! interesting huh?

but that's bullshit and you know it. just interesting to think like the greeks! or as Leonidas in 300 would call them 'the boy-loving' greeks. heh!
